Join us on April 21st from 6-7:30 for How to be Ok when things are not OK - a workshop to explore strategies for building personal resilience, to be able to show up for your community. In other words, building capacity to be responsive to our shifting capacities as the strains, injustices and/or simple every day stresses of life rise & fall.

This workshop is a program of Lived Experience Leaders, a program that trains and supports residents from all backgrounds with leadership skill-building, training and workshops. This workshop is presented in colalboration with The Joy Labs, a community-engaged multimedia artist and trained mental health professional.
