In other words, building capacity to be responsive to our shifting capacities as the strains, injustices and/or simple every day stresses of life rise & fall.
This workshop is a program of Lived Experience Leaders, a program that trains and supports residents from all backgrounds with leadership skill-building, training and workshops.
