Introducing Leading Local - Where Local News Meets Local Action
Leading Local - Where Local News Meets Local Action
We're excited to announce Leading Local, a new collaboration between Winona Post and Engage Winona designed to strengthen civic participation in Winona County and beyond. The initiative brings together trusted local journalism, practical civic learning, and community conversations to help people better understand and engage with their communities.
Over the next two years, Leading Local will offer workshops on how to get involved and take action, in-depth reporting on local issues, and community forums where residents can learn, ask questions, and share perspectives to build a stronger, more connected community.
There are plenty of ways to get involved right from the start.
Share Your Voice Take our community member survey to help shape the direction of this work. Your input on the issues, topics, and ideas that matter most to you will guide everything we do.
