Engage Winona is designed to follow community energy and nimbly respond to new and emerging needs. Engage Winona’s board is designed to do the same for the organization, and is visioned as a working board, with members given a unique opportunity to imagine and participate in this work.

We are seeking board members to serve 3-year terms. People with skills in program management, fundraising, and community leadership are encouraged to apply.
